Pars first-team coach Paul Hegarty

After being released by Dundee along with Neil Jablonski, Chris Hegarty could be set to join up with his Dad at East End Park in the near future.

According to reports by the BBC 20 year-old midfielder Chris is in talks with the Pars about a possible move after he was released by the Dens Park club.

After failing to establish himself in the Dundee squad Chris was released by manager Jim Duffy as the Dee continue to cut costs in a bid to avoid further financial problems.
