The striker's original appeal for a wrok permit was turned down due to the Macedonian's lack of international action over the past few years, mainly due to his severe injury problems.
The Pars are confident however that a work permit will be obtained for the striker due to the special circumstances - i.e. his injury - which, in turn, ensured his non-participation in a number of Macedonian international fixtures.
